I love the different textures in this picture. The clarity is nice-yellow with the two cement triangles. As a teacher I find the number sense of this picture is wonderful. I would love to use this with my class to talk about the number 13 and how 13 is represented (3 groups of 3 with 2 above and 2 on the side/ 2 , 4, 4, 3/...)

ReplyDeleteI love the contrast between the yellow and grey and the contrast between the "soft" yellow form and the rough grey.
